Site & stage survey

Map every stage, entrance, vendor zone and production area to plan network and power requirements.

Network design

Design outdoor-rated WiFi coverage and cabling routes across the whole festival site.

Equipment staging

Configure and test access points, switches and CCTV cameras ahead of load-in.

Load-in & cabling

Run cable and mount equipment during the festival build, working around stage and vendor schedules.

WiFi & CCTV deployment

Install outdoor access points and cameras covering stages, entrances and crowd areas.

Ticketing & POS connectivity

Connect entry scanners, POS systems and vendor terminals to a dedicated, secure network.

Testing & commissioning

Load-test the full site network before gates open.
